How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?
A lot of times your order may process/ship within 1-3 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to Support@BrittanyBenton.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer.
Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy by using our online returns portal.
Even exchanges only and they are subject to availability. If the exchanged item(s) is not in stock, you will be automatically be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
I’m in between sizes, which size should I buy?
All styles fit true to size so take your normal size. If you are between sizes, size up.
